BEAMS​

Beam forms are available in a variety of widths and depths in both single piece and split configurations.

The use of soffit filler panels with a two-piece beam and side extension panels for either style of form provide increased opportunities for reuse from project to project.

COLUMN CAPITAL

One of the productivity keys to the steel beam form system is the use of column capitals. Whether structures utilize round, square of rectangluar columns to support decks the capital entry system is a critical component. If capitals are set accurately, beams and decks will be also.

COLUMNS

Wadco is proud of it's modular, double-hinged column form system. Built for durability and longevity, each column form can be stripped, moved and re-set in a single piece by removing a single row of bolts.

Column heights can be developed using panel lengths fabricated for your specific project requirements. For high bay conditions, panels can be strengthened to facilitate full liquid head pressures. Round forms can be ordered in standard segments (8', 4', 2' or 1' lengths) or fabricated to specific project height requirements. Typical form capacity is 3,000 PSF.
